About the assignment 🌍 We are looking for an AI Developer for a project where you will work on developing, improving, and deploying AI applications in the organization's DevOps and MLOps environments. The role includes further development of existing orchestration flows for AI models, both in established AI platforms and in custom-built pipelines. You will contribute to building stable, scalable, and efficient processes for model deployment and ensure that AI solutions can be developed and operated in a quality-assured and sustainable manner ⚙️📈.

Your tasks 🛠️ In this role, you will work closely with development and platform teams to further develop and deploy AI solutions in production. You will be responsible for the implementation and improvement of pipelines for training, testing, and deployment of models, and contribute your expertise in machine learning, full-stack development, and applied AI. A central part of the assignment is to support the team in establishing robust practices within DevOps, MLOps, and AI operations 🤝.

Expected deliveries ✅ You will deliver functioning and deployed AI solutions that are integrated into existing DevOps and MLOps environments. The work will result in improved orchestration flows, stable pipelines for AI development, and solutions that meet the organization's requirements for quality, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

Must-have requirements 🎯 – Competency level 3. – At least 4 years of documented experience in machine learning. – At least 4 years of documented experience in full-stack development. – At least 2 years of documented experience in deploying AI solutions (model deployment), including practical implementation. – Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Nice-to-have requirements ⭐ – Practical experience with AI development tools such as TensorFlow. – Practical experience in development with Python. – Practical experience in feature engineering and building data pipelines for AI or ML solutions. – Practical experience with graph databases, such as Neo4j. – Practical experience in developing RAG solutions.
